A delicious Chardonnay/Chenin Blanc/Viognier blend, with the Viognier component prominent on the nose and giving way to the obvious stone fruit qualities of Paardeberg Chenin Blanc. In spite of the low alcohol (11%), the wine is deeply coloured and deeply flavoured. Its excellent acidity lifts it in the mouth and the long finish makes it moreish.
